Aria the Scarlet Ammo

In response to this worsening crime rate, Japan creates Tokyo Butei High, an elite academy where"Butei" or armed detectives hone their lethal skills assured to become mercenary-like agents of justice. One special Butei is Kinji Tooyama, an anti-social and curt sophomore drop out that was a student of their combat-centric Assault Division. Kinji today lives a life of leisure in order to cover up his embarrassing although powerful special skill studying logistics.
