Rise of the Legend

In 1868 during the late Qing Dynasty corruption over the Imperial Court inflicts suffering in people's lives. For a long time Lei Gong has been trying to get rid of the leader of the Northern Sea. One of the most recent recruits is Fei, a fighter who takes the Northern Sea leader's thoughts after a ferocious fight.
