Nothing Like the Sun

In the mid-twentieth century, Alice Mitchell works as a woman of the street on the street. After her circumstance intensifies, she unsuccessfully attempts to fix up with her separated family members over her homosexuality. She takes shelter at a Christian household and wins them over by incorrectly adopting their confidence, regardless of opposition from their in-law, Lillian. While there, Alice's infatuation with the family's daughter, Annabel, expands.
