A Tale of Two Kitchens
Two countries, two restaurants. At the acclaimed Contramar the welcoming, at Mexico City of Gabriela Cámara , uniformed waiters are beloved by diners as the menu containing local fish. The staff sees themselves. Meanwhile Cámara hires staff from various cultures and backgrounds, including ex-felons along with ex-addicts, who view the work being an essential opportunity to grow as individuals. A Tale of Two Kitchens investigates the ways in which a restaurant can act as a place of both dignity and community.
