Till Death Us Do Part is just a sitcom that aired on BBC1. First airing as a Comedy Playhouse pilot, the first series aired in seven series until 1975. Six decades later, ITV continued the sitcom, calling it Until Death.... The BBC produced a sequel and in Health.
Created by Johnny Speight led by patriarch a white working-class guy who keeps viewpoints that were racist and anti-socialist, Alf Garnett. Dandy Nichols played his tender and long suffering wife , along with also his daughter Rita from Una Stubbs. Rita husband Mike Rawlins is actually just really a socialist. The personality Alf Garnett became a well known personality in British style, and Mitchell played him on stage and television up until 1998, when Speight died.
In addition to the spin-off In Sickness and in Health, Till Death Us Do Part was Re Made in many nations including Brazil, Germany and the United States.
