The Centurions

Centurions is a syndicated science fiction animated television series produced by Ruby-Spears and animated in Japan by Sunrise. Gil Kane and comic publication legends Jack Kirby contributed to the style and concepts of this show. The series began in 1986 as a five-part miniseries and was followed by a60 episode collection. The series had been story edited and compiled by several authors, for example literary science fiction authors Larry DiTillio, Marc Scott Zicree, Michael Reaves and Gerry Conway. The series theme and soundtrack were written by Udi Harpaz. There was also a lineup of toys by Kenner, and a comic book series by DC Comics.
