A string of literary anthologies with the running title Alfred Hitchcock Gifts were issued to capitalize on the achievements of their tv show. 1 volume, devoted to stories which censors wouldn't allow to get accommodated for the television show, was entitled Alfred Hitchcock Presents: Stories They Wouldn't Let Me Do on TV--though a number of the stories accumulated were accommodated.
