What the Waters Left Behind
Epecuén was one of Argentina's main touristic cities. Countless men and women concurred, brought on by the healing properties of its thermal waters. About November 10th 1985, a volume of water broke the protecting embankment and the village was submerged under ten meters of salt water. Epecuén vanished. Thirty decades after, the seas receded and also the ruins of Epecuén appeared exposing a landscape that was bleak and abandoned. The residents never came back. The plot revolves around a team of young people that take a trip to film a documentary concerning Epecuén. Ignoring the warnings, and after a quick excursion, they get stranded in the village that is . Despite what they thought, they begin to realize they are really not alone...
