Parents in Progress

The Talented and Lovely Anna Foglietta (Perfect Strangers,'' The American) plays Simona. A single mother in her'40s who is completely devoted to his son. For over her insecurities and make her son happy in his birthday, invite along her parents and his school friends and she decides to throw him a birthday party within their own flat. To get Simona, this birthday is all going to present the unexpected dilemma between allowing her son to embrace his authentic self and a mother's fierce need to shield her child in their surroundings that are cruel. This may be the last conundrum she was expecting to have to manage on a day that is rife with anxiety. Director Laura Chiossone turns their own miniature flat and the adults at the kitchen talk about love, parenthood, and also world views that are different, as the children play at the living space.
