This film combines twenty years of re-edited and existing footage to yield a'picture of films'. A hybrid that's the creation of a character through the symbiosis of its parts and both a non-exhaustive retrospective. By conceiving this as a scripted space in recent decades, the exhibit experience has been redefined by Parreno. He explores the chances of this picture screening because a coherent'thing' as opposed to a collection of individual films. At the diegetic space of the cinema instead of the museum space, Parreno presents a retrospective of the film works for first time. Parreno proposes a'seance of cinema' re introducing inside rituals that lie at the foundation of the art and this conventional setting the magic.
